The warranty does not cover:
• normal aging of materials (appearance of corrosion, natural deformation of the wood, etc.)
• damage caused by unsuitable supports and/or the nature of the ground.
• incidents not directly related to normal use of the swimming pool or its accessories.

All the guarantees described below apply to parts recognized as defective by our services and are limited to the replacement of the element(s) concerned. Any removal and installation costs are not covered.

Warranty of wooden elements

Wooden elements are guaranteed against insect attacks and rot (high pressure autoclave treated wood in accordance with current standards). This guarantee does not take into account natural deformations (appearance of cracks, checks which do not in any way affect the mechanical resistance of the wood) as well as changes in color due to climatic effects. In addition, any wood on which a product has been applied (e.g.: stain, etc.) will not be covered by the guarantee.

Accessories Warranty

Accessories are guaranteed against any manufacturing or assembly defect that may affect the proper functioning of the pool, within the limits of the warranty conditions. In particular, these warranty conditions for accessories include the obligation for the user to carry out periodic checks and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the BOX pool. These conditions must be strictly respected in order to claim the said warranty.

Pool interior liner warranty

The warranty is limited to compliance with the conditions of use and maintenance, which may result from inappropriate physicochemical parameters of the water (the water temperature must be below 28°C, the pH must be between 7.2 and 7.6, in the context of chlorine treatment, and between 7.6 and 8.2 for bromine treatment. The disinfectant concentration must be within the range recommended by the manufacturer of the treatment products). The warranty also excludes the appearance of yellowish discoloration or stains on the liner at the waterline. These may result from a deposit of organic compounds present on the surface (sun creams and oils, residues from the combustion of hydrocarbons or smoke from wood fires). To this end, it is advisable to regularly clean your waterline with products suitable for this purpose (not supplied) and with a non-abrasive support. Water with a high lime content can also cause these discolorations, due to the incrustation of scale in the material. Hard water, with a hydrotimetric title (TH) greater than 25°f, requires the addition of a limescale removal product suitable for swimming pools (not supplied). You can obtain information on the hardness of your water from your water supplier.

Also excluded from the warranty:

• stains related to the development of algae and micro-organisms: the pool water must benefit from a regular disinfection and algae control treatment, adapted in composition and concentration.
• stains, discolorations and fine lines resulting from the action of solid oxidizing products in direct contact with the liner (thrown directly into the pool) or from a local over-concentration of oxidizing products (often linked to the absence of operation of the filtration during the dissolution phase of these products).
• stains related to the stagnation and/or decomposition of foreign bodies in contact with the liner (dead leaves, oxidizable metal parts, various debris, etc.)
• degradation related to contact with materials incompatible with the liner such as bitumen, tar, oils, polystyrene panels, polyurethane. The use of adhesive tapes and glue on the paint is prohibited.

Filtration pump warranty

The warranty is limited to the replacement of the motor or the replacement of parts recognized as defective, subject to regular cleaning of the cartridge and the absence of use of the dry pump (absence of water)
